will the new pulsefire ezreal icon also count as an icon that activates the PFE Ezreal background when you click on peoples profiles or is it limited to the old icon?

Isn't the banner just limited to the old icon? The new PFE icon will probably be available for separate purchase from the store.

nope, everyone who owns Pulsefire Ezreal will automatically get the new icon

Nope indeed. The new icon is only available to those that buy the skin. So those who already own it will get the icon added as well.

correct, it will NOT be available in the store or hextech crafting until you get/buy Pulsefire Ezreal

also the new icon will also change the background to Pulsefire Ezreal
