0/28 yi ranked

Just had a 0/28 yi in my ranked game, he decided to int because our adc didnt give him a leash. i offered to hard leash and he refused went back to base sold everything bought boots and ran down mid, we held out for as long as we could but we still lost in the end, the enemy team and our team agreed to report him but nothing has been heard back from yet,
