Bug in Iceborn Gauntlet's Procs

With a Trinity and IBG, Trinity's main damage is applied and IBG's AoE slow and damage is applied to those around. With Lichbane and IBG, Lichbane's main damage is applied and IBG's slow particle appears, though IBG itself does not actually give either the slow or AoE damage.
