I've had this happen for the last few patches but thankfully it's rare ;(

I JUST HAD THIS EXACT PROBLEM! And I too got a dodge timer for no reason at all.

Edit: I tried again and the same problem, now I got a 14 mins timer. Riot, can you do something about faulty clients and q timers? It's unfair we get a dodge timer for bug reasons.
