Match won't load, forced me to restart computer, and now it won't let me back in the match.

Basically the title. I tried getting into a game as blitz support, the loading screen was on for 10 minutes, and I noticed the "spiral" loading symbol was frozen. I tried pressing CTRL ESC to minimize the window and open it up to see if it would do anything, but nothing worked so I had to restart the laptop. I have no clue what's going on in the match atm... and god knows what my teamates are saying. Riot please fix this, I hate it when there is a glitch that happens and I can't do anything about it and it ruins the game for everyone else.
