"Attempting to Reconnect" Bug since 10.4 update(3-5 times a game OR MORE)

I am consistently getting the "attempting to reconnect" since patch 10.4. During Clash and during the days before the event was taking place it was not an issue. Tried wired/wireless and it has not helped either way, and it happens at completely random intervals, its happened during teamfights too which leads to the "Report (CHAMP NAME) for inting" when I have 0 control during that 3-4 second period.

It is worth noting my ping in game hovers between 47-55, while my speeds are 892 Down 750 Up, and it also DOES NOT happen on any other games, both on PC and console. I have tried the repair tool and checking all my drivers, but to no avail. I also had the issue on my laptop as well at my friends place.

PC Specs if that will also help i7-9700 RTX2060 16GB Ram 250GB M.2 SSD(League is installed here) 2TBHDD

I ALSO have tried EVERYTHING UNDER THE RIOT SUPPORT PAGE! As well as everything else I've been suggested to do, to no avail. Its getting to the p[oint that I don't even want to play the game because I disconnect at the WORST TIMES. Please fix this buggy mess of a game riot....
