I do not know what it means by this..

So ye I got chat puinished for 10 games. And my honor level is one. It says that "Honor is locked and you can't reeive loot or Honor rewards. Show honor in your games to unlock levels and rewards"

... I do not realy get the part where it says "Show honor in your games to unlock elvels and rewards" what does it mean by "show"? does it just mean I need to get honors or is this a mistake? How do I rankup to honor level 2?

You need to not get reported, and if you want your honor level to go up you'll have to get honors in games. You are probably locked out of getting credit for honor you receive for a few games and can't get the rewards while the punishment is in effect as a result.
