Fizz ultimate hithox is off.

I had first hand experience with this glitch. A Fizz aimed his ultimate at me from far a way and I simply walked away from it. It worked. The ultimate stopped at max range but then it latched onto me anyway. I asked if anyone else saw that in all chat and the enemy adc agreed with me that his ultimate hitbox is messed up. This happened multiple times in that game. Riot please fix this.
