[CLIENT] Death Recap Strangeness???

These screenshots were taken 3/1 through 3/6 (roughly) from several different games. Clearly, I was not killed by Revive multiple times; also clearly, Zed can't have killed me with Mystic Shot. I don't fully understand this issue, just thought I'd bring it to Riot's attention.
