Teambuilder bug

Really, I spent the last half an hour trying to get into a game in teambuilder, after I have been accepted in to the lobby we just needed a jungler both times so I decided to wait, after waiting for like 10 minutes I remembered about the teambuilder and pressed "Find another group" and an error popped up, turns out ive been disconnected from the group ages ago and was not notified, the timer was still ticking and I could still write in chat, this happened to me about 3-4 times today.
