Queue bug. Queue last forever and a match is never found.

I'm in a low priority queue, because the euw server is for some reason not working well, and there are lags every game, teammates disconnect too. So I waited 20 minutes, the real queue started, after 9 minutes (approx time 34 seconds), I left the queue. Waited other 20 minutes of low priority, this time the approx time is 1 minute and 14 seconds, the queue time is already 6 minutes, still no match found. Someone fix this bug.
