[Store/IP] ARAM IP Gain Not recording

Reproducing steps: Play/Finish an ARAM game Note IP Gain/Total Log out/Log back in Note IP Gain/Total

First discovered after getting ~200 IP to try and purchase Xayah, but after passing 7800, could not purchase. Logged out/Logged back in and IP-wise, was like I hadn't gotten it. The matches were still in match history, though. Bot game IP still recorded, though.

EDIT: Buying Xayah gave me back the 200 IP, briefly, but after logging out/logging back in, it's gone again.
