[Client][Account] IP Again

So, I reported something similar (or it could be the same problem) when Xayah/Rakan were released. From what I can tell it was resolved last time, but it's happened again. When the client's loading/connecting, it'll show one IP total, but once everything's loaded, it'll be about 150 less than just a few seconds before. I managed to screenshot both totals.

It may be unrelated or not, but I also occasionally run into the Play button greying out and telling me it can't create a lobby right now, or that the patcher service is unavailable (or kernel isn't, not sure the exact error message). When I open the client, I often have to wait anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes to be able to put in my password, even. I suspect, though, these are internet things on my end.
