[SHOP][ARAM] Raptor Cloak

Raptor cloak was not added to ARAM shop via patch 6.13 for the upgrade. Upgrade is still purchasable, but searching Raptor cloak, nor clicking on any of it's components brings it up. So far has happened 100% of the ARAM games I've played.

Replication Steps: Enter ARAM match Open Shop Search 'raptor cloak' Click on Chain Vest and check upgrades Click on Rej. Bead and check upgrades Click on Talisman of Ascension, notice still purchasable and raptor cloak is included in recipe.
