Countdown freezing in ranked

So I have seen this posted in here before, but I am also going to post about it because I keep getting penalized. The countdown will start and ill be ready to lock in, but once the timer hits 0 it freezes. This has already happened to me twice, and both times I have been able to communicate with other members while the screen is frozen.
