BSOD because of LoL - 100% SSD speed

Recently everytime I start LoL and the patcher begins to do things I've a beautiful blue screen of death. Few minutes ago it happaned again but this time I've been lucky. I heard all the typical sounds of the BSOD in my headset with the hard drive unable to write/read properly. Everything was slow with mouse moving with huge delays. I managed to CTRL+ALT+Canc and terminate LoL patcher before the BOSD and the patcher was using 100% of my SSD. The funny thing is that it seems to happen even when I'm getting into a game during the loading screen. How is possible that LoL is now allowed to use 100% of my SSD speed with mercilessly?

edit: I double-checked it right now. Yes, it's LoL. I opened Resource Monitor and then LoL et voilà 100% continuous usage of my SSD which is fast.
