SERIOUS BUG ON SHEN! Q DOESN'T WORK!

The Q of Shen, his main spell and only source of damage, doesn't work!

I started to notice it yesterday but I didn't investigate. Initially I thought that it was a buggy sound effect but during my last game I realized that it's a real bug. As soon as you press Q Shen empowers his next 3 basic attacks but in reality you just wasted energy and triggered the cool down of the spell. Your autos are normal ones. As if it wasn't enough it even happens frequently!

I noticed it a lot in my last game where I was defending mid lane against super minion waves. At this stage of the game I have 40% CDR therefore I can spam Q pretty much frequently. SADLY ALL MY Q-PRESSES DIDNT WORK!

Come on RIOT :( How can you do this to me? I am an OTP Shen (1.2M mastery points) and now I realize that this bug made me lose many games including my promo! Now I understand why I my energy bar felt so damn empty. I was constantly draining my energy bar for no damn reason. I was unable to push. I was frequently out of energy during team fights and unable to use other spells.

I tested it few minutes ago in training mode and it's ridiculous! Against minions it works only the first time! It seems that it starts to work again only when you hit an enemy or when the blade collides with an enemy champion. I spent like 3 minutes attacking dummies and my Q never worked except for the first time.
