Item sets not working?

Pretty much Exactly What It Says On The Tin; my items sets aren't showing up properly in game. I changed the pages when pre-season came out to update them for the new items and all, but even though I have champions assigned to the pages and have it set to work on all maps, I only have the Recommended item sets once I actually start playing.

Am I allowed to bump like this? It's not the biggest deal, to be sure.

But it's pretty inconvenient, seeing as I ended up spending an hour remaking every page I had after getting a new machine, and now most of them don't work.
