Serious clarity issue regarding new champions in brush

New champs (and certain skins) are being made with the black border effect off, which causes a serious clarity issue regarding certain champs/skins when in brush. I play on the highest settings so I'm not sure if lower settings are more clear or not. Champions, even in brush, need to be easily identifiable. You don't want to place a ward or face check a bush and not know who that champion is even after seconds of looking.

Picture 2: Soulhunter Rhaast https://imgur.com/OtrSfBI

The first picture is the most unclear, even after seconds of looking if this is your first time seeing this skin/chroma you wouldn't be able to tell who it is. A combination of the colors and lack of black border are severely hurting the clarity on Pyke, compared to Morde who despite having a skin, has a clear silhouette due to the black border.

In my second picture, only Rhaast's horns are immediately available. If Kayn transforms then sat in a bush you would definitely be confused who it is.

I understand the reason riot is shifting away from the black border is due to performance issues (specifically started with Shadow Assassin's hair?) But a new solution needs to be brought up or this will just become a greater issue as time goes on.

champion inking is something people can turn off in settings anyway, they are just too lazy to make it anymore
