Blue and Red buff no attack animations

I don't exactly know how to replicate this, but it has been happening for a while now.

I think it happens when you cc the red and blue buffs, and they start to glitch. The damage still happens at the same intervals, but the buff stops its animation. This might not be a big bug, but it still kinda screws my timing.
