[Client] Text field only updates on mouse moving in and out of field.

I first encountered this bug while in champ select, trying to type the champ name into the search box. The field didn't appear to register my input and I almost missed the cutoff, but didn't have time to really analyze what happened.

After the game, I ran into the bug again in the post-game screen while trying to report a scripter. The report textbox field was properly registering keystrokes, but would only show the new changes when I wiggled the mouse in and out of the box.

I tried looking up the scripter's profile and immediately encountered the same problem: while the field would properly take the input, it would only update the display on a mouseover.

I just hopped onto the item set field to test it there, and the bug is present there as well.

I presume this has something to do with the patch update/hotfix that went out earlier today as I've not run into this problem prior to today. Not totally game breaking, but very deceptive and misleading if you don't realize what's going on and how to "bypass" it.
