[GAMEPLAY] Silences are slightly delayed
These last 4 days I have been playing many champions that use silences. So a silence is supposed to prevent a champion from using any abilities and/or items for the duration, and any channeled abilities should be interrupted. I have noticed at least 6 times in one game, my silences (playing as cho gath) indeed worked, but not right away. it felt like it had a 0.5 second delay for the interrupting factor to actually kick in. I would use my silence, for instance, and the enemy champion would still be able to cast something like flash, within that small window of time. The damage still applied on time and the HUD still displayed the white bar under the champion's health bar that indicates how much longer that crowd control will remain in effect.
