Not getting Honors Chest?

So I Just loged on and the thing saying "you got honer level 5" and "here some loot" popped up. I was super exited because i'm not a hard core player, nor the best one, but I do preyed myself on being level headed and a good sport most of the time. This new honors system was a great thing and I was and still am super exited about it. Knowing I could get some cool skins or a new champion just from playing the game the way RIOT intended it to be played (with good sportsmanship and keeping calm in a vary competitive environment). So anyways I loged on and this pop up came up telling me I had earned a chest for being honor lv.5. I immediately rushed to my loot expecting it to be their. But it wasn't... After looking all through my profile and rechecking loot a few times I gave up and turned to the community. Which leads us to now. I'm wondering if any of you guys have had this happen to you? If so how can I get my honors chest. I haven't done tried reloading my game yet but I'll try that soon. Any help or advise is awesome.
