[Teemo Bug]: Carpet Shrooms (Game Breaking)

[Description]: ​During a game of Intro Bots, I placed one of Teemo's to clear a minion wave. The shroom exploded multiple times until the target left the spot that my mushroom was placed. I tested this on multiple targets & it works regardless if it's a Champion/minion/monster. It also refreshes the duration of the Abilities DoT damage for each explosion.

At first I thought I was crazy & was seeing things, then I placed another shroom down & saw this. I'm pretty sure there's something amiss here, hopefully this get's looked into.

[Edit 1]: so far, it's just Intro bots that this occurs (Thank goodness).
