Reporting a bug about Report A Bug

I couldn't access the "Report a bug " screen for about a week, and after it suddenly started working again, the site starts to tell me that there's an error in every different kind of bug i report, and doesn't send it. I also cannot go directly to the Report A Bug Forums.
