Flings (Singed/Volibear) vs Cassiopeia Ult

When I ulted Singed or Volibear right in the face (Stun) their Fling would still throw & damage me, even though they did get stunned.

What are the mechanics of Both voli and singed's flings as well as cassiopeia's ult? Because I am not sure if this is a bug on cassio's ult, the fling effects or their interaction, if it is working as intended or if its just latency. Maybe its a bug in general between Flings and Stuns?

This is particularly frustrating, because Cassios ult is hard to land, it should be rewarding when you time your Cassio ult just right, but even when you do, you still get flinged (and die).

Cassiopeia's ult should interrupt/cancel casts and the like, it's entirely unusable against opponents like Vi who screw her over just by existing - she literally proceeds to dunk you before getting petrified. I also don't get why it won't let Cass use Zhonya's against her ult once the animation starts, the game outright denies you the option to activate it. It's simply unfair.
