[GAMEPLAY](Practice Tool Only) Dark Star Thresh's Visual Bug

So as I was training my Q on thresh whilst tugging a testing dummy around the Rift's terrain, I stubbled upon this friendly little bug! :3

It should only be accessible in the Practice Tool, so like many of the other Practice Tool only bugs I'm sure it'll be dealt with eventually or never. Either way, to re-create this:

1. Turn off CDR Times to allow better then URF like cooldowns.
2. Spawn a Test Dummy
3. Spam Q as Dark Star Thresh on the Dummy
4. Instead of you getting dragged sometimes, you might get another Toss. This will be the Toss that Turns you Red.
