4000 ping fixed on reload only

sometimes in game at least 3 to 4 times in a day my ping jumps to 4000 5000 and wont come down unless i reload , when i reload the game the ping is ok again , im sure this is bug from the game and not from my internet , its very annoying and caused me to lose many fights and even some games in some instances
