[client]Bugsplat immediately after starting patcher

Hello, since new patch I am getting bugsplat when I am trying to run League. League logo blinks and then bugsplat. It takes 3+ attempts to run a patcher. Also I am W10 user.

I've been having the same issue. I still run W7 but it only crashes the first time I start it up.
