Skill - Quick to Win mission bug

Hello, I completed a game in 34:55 minute, but the mission doesn't count progress toward Win 1 summoner rift game in under 35 minutes. The match is on 9/23 and my in-game name is onlytrung, if you need to verify it. Could you please check to see if this is an intended bug? I know 34:55 and 35:00 is really close but I should get a point toward it if the mission description is true. It was a nerve breaking comeback for me and I really pushed toward that 5 sec.
