GamePlay Morg Q Passing though No Damage No Stun.

Playing a draft pick game on normal and selected morg to find that most of my Qs should have landed yet they passed through the champion with no damage or stun going off. 1.Play Draft Pick On Summoners Rift 2.Select Morgana 3. Attempt to snare enemy with Q while moving 4. repeat over and over...

Note sometimes the snares work but when in combat and movement is occurring the snare seems to fail the most.
