Nocturnes Spell Shield Doesnt Stop Slows

Hello I play a lot of nocturne and everytime Gnar uses his Boomerang or Karthus uses his wall my spell shield doesn't stop the slow. I have yet to test this on other conditions but these 2 so far are the most obvious and consistent.
