[GAMEPLAY][?] UI in-game freakout

This one is a two-parter, despite me not having an image for the second one.

This isn't the first time this has happened, so I'll draw whatever connections that I can. As you can see in the image, my UI freaked out. The scoreboard had the champs stacked on top of one another as well as on the left side of the screen, my portrait was gray, and some stats showed blank. The second part of this bug was when I alt-tabbed to save this image, I came back to my UI being entirely gone. No map, no scores in the top-right, nothing on the left, entirely gone until I left the game then came back, at which point it seemed fine.

From the 2 times this has happened to me, here's my guess at how to replicate it.

1. Start a match
2. Alt-tab while loading
3. Come back to the game at almost the exact instant that the game starts

And the second one would be:

1. Have the first glitch occur
2. Alt-tab
3. Open the match again

This isn't easy for me to replicate since it basically requires you to be unlucky on when you come back to the game. I can verify that neither the map nor the champion matters as both times this occurred was on different maps with different champs, and the first time it happened was before the runes rework so it's unlikely to involve that system.
