Can we have compensation in the form of removing ranked decay temporarily? The troubleshooting thread isn't even at the front anymore. Not sure what the point of deleting this thread is, it's a serious question. I'd rather not ruin someone's diamond promos simply because of decay.
yeah i just played a game and crashed 5 times
Riot, I just crashed 3 times in game. Wasn't that bad before. Occasionally I would get a crash every few games, but this one ticked me off abit. I know you guys are doing all you can, but I just got my account suspended for a week because I kept "abandoning" my team...like it was my choice. This is not to hate because I know you(Riot Team) guys have a team working on this issue, but now I have to wait a full week to play again. I'm not sure if the issue will be fixed beforehand, but this is just bogus. Constantly update us. Please just get it done.
I crashed a solid 10 times in my past two games. Thankfully I was ahead already before my first crash or I'd have easily lost that ranked game. However, this is ridiculous that this is still a problem.
If this was a PC problem it would have been fixed in a day.
Just got dropped 4 times in my last game

sigh, got dropped so often that leave buster thinks i'm rage quitting...played a normal on a low level account and was just fine. Got off suspension, guess what...I'm "in game" right now -.- so tired of this....been playing on mac since ILoL was a thing....all problems were minimal till a few months ago.... #lessskinmoreserver keep debating wether to quit or not...i love the game...but between the aggravating in game community and the inability to actually play the game...its getting less and less fun...
I have noticed that i will crash on average five times more often in ranked then i do in normal. i crash any where from 10 to 15 times in ranked so much that i don't actually get to play for the last half of the game. in normal i crash 2 to 3 times each game so it is easy for me to win. on my low level smerf account i never crash and i have played 5 games back to back to see if it is my comp heating up or the time of the day or the clint getting bogged down by running multiple games. i don't have a pbe account but i though riot you should know that it is more often in ranked and high level games. had just been promoted when this bug hit so i used my amenity to test ranked. i found out the problem latter and am now really sad that riot can't fix this. why don't you load back into patch 4.16 until you can get this problem fixed? or at least until the end of the season, because i have been working to get to gold and i am close but now i cant finish. i have battled out of bronze and am now frozen in silver thanks to the inability to play. plz riot do something i am sick of the same icon letting me know that there is a problem and not herring any more about it. at least give us an update on what is happening and plz extend the season if this bug is not fixed so we still have a shot at rewards.

Riot please, u guys have a problem every week it seems. I remember when I could play for months without a single problem. Now crashing on mac clients without disconnect and I'm just standing in the middle of the lane feeding -_-. I just want to play a ranked game without bs crashes. U guys r the most popular game in the world right now and u can't hire people to actually stop problems before they happen. Who did u fire in the last 6 months? I've seen a major difference with how league operates now than how it use to. While ur at it why not turn on loss prevention? Crashes not only happen in ranked but in every game mode.
Crashed several times last night, twice during an Aram game. Mac os x v 10.9.4
from what I have noticed, ever since fixes and work has started on the Mac client, it has been the whole server in general. More and more I have noticed PC user issues, ranging from flat out dc, to constant lag fluctuations over all game modes.
They still haven't fixed it? Ugh :( I haven't been able to play league anymore because all it does it just crash. I'd love to play please :(.
I can't even load into a game.
