Live Bug - Inconcistent Item Slot Location

Played a game of bots today as Fiora on ** LIVE!!!** just to get win of the day IP. Near the end of the game I had a Ravenous Hydra , Trinity Force and a few other items.

On the bottom right menu in for items where I can click and drag items to map them to the key I want. Ravenous Hydra was in slot 1 and Trinity Force was in slot 5.

Usually this is consistent with the tabbed overview for characters.

However, when I tabbed on the menu and looked at my overview it was showing Trinity Force in location 1 and Ravenous Hydra in location 2.

Clearly not where it should have been located..almost completely rearranged. I'm positive the bot team did not have a Fiora, I almost had to look twice to make sure it was Fiora's icon next to the items.

Not sure if it was ordered by damage threats but I find that somewhat confusing as a player having to take a double take to make sure my items are on the correct item slot.
