"Not Enough RP/IP" (Client Bug)

This has been a recurring problem I've had since the reason started. Whether its champions or runes, the client seems to not recognize when I have the correct amount of IP to purchase what I want. Sometimes it still won't recognize I have enough after having the amount needed for upwards of 24 hours after. I know this is not the case with RP, as I have purchased some recently and have had no problems. Am seeking a Rioter's feedback and potential fix for this.

Update! http://imgur.com/a/SNAt0 It's now saying I have less RP than I did last night, which means the client was either taking away IP from me, or more likely just is saying I have more IP than I actually do in the first place. If this is a matter of clarity, it still needs to be fixed.

I've had the same problem since the new launcher came out.
