Didn't Receive Mastery 7 Token

I just played a Summoner's Rift game with Xin Zhao and got an S, but I was not awarded a Mastery 7 token for him despite already being Mastery 6 and having a Mastery 7 token in my loot. I'm not sure if this bug has been addressed or not, but I figured I would bring it up anyway.

Are you above lvl 2 honor? think below that you get nothing.
