Twitch Skins are bug'd

I used the kingpn twitch skin for the first time in a while and the skin has a longer windup time for autoattacks compared to his Pickpocket skin. Im not sure if Bandit has a shorter delay or if Kingpin has a longer delay, either way it doesn't feel as fluid when compared to his pickpocket skin.
