[Client] After Game Lobby Doesn't Load

For the past 10 games or so I've been unable to view the endgame lobby and I have to select to skip the page. I don't think this is my side's issue, in game I have a near constant 50ms ping with the servers and my PC has an SSD etc. so it shouldn't be a slow PC. This has been very frustrating, especially after being harassed all game and wishing to report the people that gave me hell, and neither could I honor anyone that was doing good.
