[GAMEPLAY] Zyra's death creates a wall.

When Zyra is killed, after she uses her passive shot and withers, she creates a temporary impassable and unclickable area.

Reproduction:

1. kill Zyra
2. attempt to click on dead body

I've only experienced this several times in a game and it was during this custom game and will edit info if i encounter the same problem again.

Edit The problem occurred again in another custom game changed up champions and even added some to my team and killed a Zyra near the middle of lane and sure enough it happened again. Minions also walk around the area as a sign there is something there preventing movement in that small area.
