Interrupting Recall

Potential bug: I threw my Q as Lux towards a recalling enemy Kled and from the sounds of it, he still recalled even though I hit him with my Q.

Situation: I was playing One-For-All as Lux and enemy Kled. The Kled was recalling beside their first turret and I threw my Q then ran away, thus covering Kled in the Fog of War. I didn't see it hit him but I threw it, in my opinion, in his precise direction so it should have hit him. Then in another post in the bug board, I can still hear Gnar's recalling animation sound still going in the Fog of War and eventually, when I heard the sound effect as when you successfully recalled, I checked and he was gone.

Thoughts: Shouldn't it have interrupted Kled's recall when I hit him with Lux's Q? since it damages and roots Kled.

Additional detail: Kled just began recalling when I threw my Q as Lux and ran away, so it wasn't one of those situations where it was just too late when Kled managed to recall while Lux's Q was travelling towards Kled.

Actually the bug is only in the sound effects of the recall. If you see an enemy champ recalling and go away the sound will continue. It only discontinues when you see the same champ that was recalling. Thus you didnt see kled recall all the way meaning the sound effect continued. What could have happened is that you threw your q he noticed went away as he was recalling. But you didnt see this happen. It happened to me when i thought someone recalled all the way but didnt and they were hiding in a bush. This may be a bug or not but people use this to trick people.

pretty sure this is intended cause i and a lot of people use and notice this for a while now like say someone is recalling on a ward that expires in 1 one second they recall ward expires but if you hover your mouse over the brush where they where it still plays the sound through because that was the last action you saw people like high elo junglers use to to time how fast they can get there and kill them
