Locket of the Iron Solari tooltip gets literally broken

At certain circumstances, seemingly in the shop and once you buy it while dead once you are ressurected, the tooltip of LotIS is the one from the PBE but it claims it creates protective zone that reduces damage by 3800% and has 8 second cooldown. This happened in ARAM.

Once you can actually use it, it goes back to correct tooltip.

But it had me actually thinking "Wait didn't they delay this change on the PBE?" and it really amused me so I'm sharing it. Wanted to post it to M&G with title "I don't want to circlejerk, but this sounds really broken", but in case someone would want to fix it, even though it's not a big deal, there it'll get noticed faster.
