Reproduction:

  1. Start a game as Rumble.
  2. Use abilities until Rumble reaches 80 heat.

Result: Rumble loses the Danger Zone buff (while the bar is orange).

**Expected Result: ** Rumble maintains the Danger Zone buff until reaching 100 heat or dipping below 50 heat.

It's worth noting that its not the heat number that is imporant, its the color. You can have the danger zone bonus on 70 heat if its yellow, but you can also not have the danger zone bonus on 70 heat if its orange. The color doesn't change instantly.

Just tested it myself, from what I saw flamespitter was pretty consistent with it's damage, seemed to work as intended. His tor%%%% worked correctly in most of my attempts but I did find an issue when he uses it to overheat. Using e at 80 did the correct damage, but using it at 90 (overheating with it) would deal less damage in some cases. From what I can tell this issue doesn't affect q at all.
