I couldn't control my character or move out of spawning pool

I was playing Jax and after the game loaded in, the usual "wall" that blocks people from leaving the spawning pool at the start of the game wasn't there. I tried to go to top lane but I couldn't move out of the spawning pool as if that wall was still there. I put down the ward from my trinket and I jumped to it using my Q on jax and then it forces me to move back into the spawning pool... I have no control over my character's movement... then I tried to teleport into lane. I did, and then it forced me to walk all the way back into the spawning pool again with no way of controlling my character.... this was in RANKED... seriously my entire team was raging at me and they thought I was trolling or AFK... I tried to explain to them.

I have absolutely no idea how this happened or what to do to reproduce it. I only noticed that while on the loading screen one of the players was not there their champ picture wasn't even there and then when I loaded into the game 2 of my allies were already in lane... and that wall was not there and when I tried to walk out of the pool the wall acted like it was still there when it shouldn't.
