[BUG]s, various with the new client

Sometimes I can't pick a champion because the client shows NO champions, as well as bugging out the mastery/rune selection, and ward selection, which results in making me seemingly dodge for no reason http://imgur.com/a/k3un3

Sometimes I get stuck at the Match accepted screen, not transitioning into pick/ban at all, while my friends are in it discussing picks so i know everyone already accepted the match and I'm the only one stuck mid animation, waiting to be booted by not picking a champion when i haven't even had a chance to. http://imgur.com/a/gz7Gq
