[GAMEPLAY] Poppy's Passive Timer Bug.
I was playing a normal draft game as Poppy. I encountered a bug with the display of the cooldown for her passive shield lob.
The bug originally presented itself as the passive going on cooldown for 3 seconds, then it would display as up and ready for the next autoattack, but it wouldn't be available and the game wouldn't let me throw it until the actual 12 second cooldown had expired.
Later in the game. This bug just morphed to the passive always being displayed as ready and it wouldn't go on cooldown under any circumstances.
I'm talking strictly about the grey out and timer that normally go on her passive. It didn't let me use more shield lobs then would normally be allowed; it just made it impossible to see when I had one coming up.
