Menus are so slow

Click once and I get a blank screen. I get it, fetching data takes time. 20 minutes, 20 seconds 2 seconds. Only one of those answers should be correct. Rather menu switching takes between those former two. Sometimes longer than 20 seconds, rarely 20 minutes (loot screen?). Mostly around 5 to 10 seconds. Which by modern standards is like watching paint dry. This is more of an enhancement request, but probably something in the engine is little funky.
