[Bug] Dunk Master Darius skin not playing voice over for buying items

I own the dunk master Darius skin and i love it but i have found when you buy the items he's supposed to have the voice over too he doesnt always say it.

I have found it happens mostly when you teleport back to base and buy the item the voice over fails Or when you just respawn then buy the item the voice over fails to play

I have found if you refund the item and rebuy it he will say it but it takes several tries

it's a 15 dollar skin it shouldnt have a bug like that. sion and braum never fail in their voice overs for items and you can buy those champs with IP.

Okay!

So, I spoke with the audio guy, and the VO that plays when you buy items is intentionally set to only play a percentage of the time, so it's not always going to play.
