Log in problem (Connection Error) / Watch Now part now replaced with add friends thing... SMH

Fix the God damn log in. Every time I have to try 3-4 times to log in. Also, I can't spectate others because I don't see the watch now section. Wth is going on Riot?

I'd definitely prefer to spectate games over seeing this annoying ad.
