[Gameplay] Blue Buff keeps resetting

This is honestly just so frustrating because it basically lost us the entire game, but here goes.

At 1:28 we begin leashing the blue buff for our jungler and it walks towards some unknown object and ignores attacking any of us. It then resets and my Ezreal leaves to catch farm. I continue trying to help out Kayn finish the Blue buff but it resets again before I leave, finally Kayn tries 2 more times to start the blue buff but it ignores attacking him and resets wasting time and xp. This put our jungler down 2 levels by the time ganks came through cost us 2 bot lane ganks and Hecarim just invaded the behind Kayn for the rest of the game.
